I am in network with Optum insurance. Optum usually encompasses most plans for United, Oxford, Oscar, UHC Student, and UMR.

I am not in network with any Medicaid or Medicare plans.

I am not in network with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). ​

I see all other patients out of network.
Out of Network
My fees range from $200-350 depending on the service. Please inquire about fees.

Your insurance provider may reimburse you for therapy sessions if you have an out of network insurance policy.​

Many insurance plans offer out of network benefits that cover the cost of sessions, either fully or a percentage of the costs. ​

Contact your insurance company to review your out of network policy. ​

If you have out of network benefits, my billers will provide you with a monthly statement (which is often called a "superbill") that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. ​

These monthly statements (superbills) that my billers email to you will have all of the information necessary to make the process of reimbursement as easy and smooth as possible.
Four Questions to Ask your Insurance Provider about Out of Network Benefits
If it is determined that you do have out-of-network mental health benefits,
ask your insurance provider:
Cancellation Policy
Your session is reserved specifically for you. I would need at least 48 hours notice of cancellation in advance of your session. Otherwise, you would be responsible for the session fee.
I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. I will do my best to work with you in cases of emergency, illness or unexpected occurrences. I always offer other time options to make up a missed session, as long as I have availability.”
