Feeling on Edge, Even when Nothing's wrong

Anxiety can feel like your mind is always on alert, scanning for what might go wrong. You may be constantly worried, have racing thoughts, physical tension, or feel that you can rarely ever fully relax. Over time, anxiety can make it hard to focus, rest, or feel present. It can interfere with relationships, sleep, work, and your ability to enjoy even the small moments that used to bring peace or joy.

Learning to calm an overactive mind

I understand how hard it is to live in a body where it feels like an alarm is always about to go off. We will look at the  fears that underly the worries you are having, and start to pay attention and recognize the beliefs that make it hard to trust yourself or rest.

I’ll help you recognize what triggers your anxiety, what your body feels in those moments, and how you can begin to respond with awareness instead of panic or avoidance. Once you have more confidence that you can face things in your life without feeling consumed by fear, you will begin to feel stronger and more at ease.

Then you may find peace of mind
is waiting there”
